Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Sehathy Pro monthly access.
Monthly plan
Sehathy Pro is sold as a monthly digital service at Rs 99 per month. Access starts immediately after successful payment and activation. Each payment provides 31 days of Pro access.
Free trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment is collected during the trial. The trial ends automatically — no cancellation is needed.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Sehathy Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Rs 99 is charged automatically every month via Razorpay until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by messaging "cancel pro" on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep Pro access until the paid period ends. No partial refunds are given for unused days in a billing cycle.
Refund window
If you paid accidentally, were charged incorrectly, or could not access Pro after payment, contact support within 7 days of payment. We will review and issue a refund where appropriate.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available if: (a) more than 7 days have passed since payment, (b) Pro features (PDF reports, AI insights, daily scores) have been substantially used, (c) payment details do not match a valid Sehathy account, or (d) the request appears fraudulent.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 5-10 business days. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
Activation matching
Please enter the same WhatsApp phone number you use with Sehathy during payment. This is how we match your payment to your account and activate Pro. If activation does not happen within a few minutes, contact support with your payment reference.
Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, contact us at the email below before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue within 2 business days.
