These terms govern your use of Sehathy, including the WhatsApp bot, upgrade page, dashboard, reports, and Pro features.
Service
Sehathy is a WhatsApp-based wellness and nutrition coaching assistant. Features include food logging (text and photo), calorie and macro estimation, water and sleep tracking, workout tracking, habit reminders, progress summaries, PDF reports, a web dashboard, and premium coaching insights.
Eligibility
By using Sehathy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally able to use the service and make payments where applicable. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental knowledge. If you use the service for someone else, you are responsible for having their permission.
No medical advice
Sehathy is for general wellness information and habit support only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional. AI-generated calorie estimates, health scores, and meal suggestions are approximate and may be inaccurate. Do not use Sehathy to manage medical conditions without consulting a qualified professional.
AI-generated content
Sehathy uses artificial intelligence to estimate calories, macros, and provide coaching suggestions. These are approximations based on statistical models, not precise measurements. AI may misidentify foods, over- or under-estimate portions, or provide generic advice. You are responsible for verifying any information that is important to your health.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for deciding whether suggestions are appropriate for you. Stop using a suggestion if it causes discomfort or concern. Sehathy is not liable for health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated suggestions.
Free trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial of Sehathy Pro. No payment or card details are required. After 14 days, Pro features are locked. Free features continue to work. The trial cannot be extended or restarted.
Paid plan
Sehathy Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at Rs 99 per month unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by Razorpay and charged automatically each month. Each payment activates Pro for 31 days. Pro access includes daily score, smart meal suggestions, PDF reports, AI insights, and goal challenges. You can cancel anytime by messaging "cancel pro" on WhatsApp.
Availability and changes
We try to keep Sehathy reliable, but WhatsApp, AI providers, payment providers, hosting, and internet services may occasionally fail or be delayed. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product improves. We will try to notify users of major changes but are not obligated to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer the system, send automated or bulk messages, or use Sehathy in ways that harm the service or other users.
Limitation of liability
Sehathy is provided as-is without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sehathy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
